Our polythene lamb jackets helps prevent hypothermia which is a major cause of lamb mortality in the UK.

The Lamb jackets are designed not to interfere with mothering : the ewe will still be able to smell and identify her own lamb.

The polythene of the lamb jacket  is degradable in ultra-violet light so will dissolve naturally over a period of about five weeks - an important environmental consideration.

When purchasing our lamb jackets please bear in mind that lambs will typically shed their jacket after 3 days so please adjust your order quantity accordingly.
